First-time Office Visits

First-time office visits consist of a complete medical history, physical exam and health assessment, as appropriate to the concerns of the patient. These visits are approximately 100 minutes long.

Regular Office Visits

Routine office visits are scheduled for 45 minutes. This allows ample time to review current treatment and progress as well as address any new concerns.

Please note: Dr. Fleming will sometimes have 4th year medical students or new doctors shadowing during appointments. This is a vital part of any physician’s training. Your privacy is paramount and will be respected absolutely.

House Calls

Ill health can sometimes make office visits impractical. Dr. Fleming will make house calls within 20 miles of the Vital Aging Clinic for those in need for a modest surcharge.

Fees

All fees are to be paid at the time services are rendered. An on-site dispensary is available for purchases if desired. Cash and checks are preferred, but all major credit cards are accepted.

First Office Visit: $250

Return Office Visit: $125

Insurance: Dr. Fleming directly bills some private insurance. Please speak to Dr. Fleming directly about your insurance coverage.

Online Appointment Scheduling

Please note that Dr. Fleming limits new patient visits to allow accessibility for her existing patients. New appointment requests that cannot be accommodated at the requested time will be contacted for rescheduling.
